Paulina Conchi, certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher (Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha)
Paulina, born in Poland, mother of an 8-year-old son, embodies the passion and dedication for movement and the human body.
Paulina has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2010.
In 2018, Ashtanga Yoga became not only her passion but but also her life's philosophy, which led her to esablish her own Ashtanga Yoga Shala in 2023. During her trip to Mysore, India in 2024, she was able to fulfill her lifelong dream of learning a massage.
She learned the unique Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) under the guidance of the massage master Ananata S. Girard and has been working since then successfully as a massage therapist.
